|The hotel’s standard policy is to secure the reservation with the equivalent of one night’s stay as a deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date. If the booking is cancelled with less than 14 days notice the deposit becomes a credit to Villa del Lago.
The one night deposit is non-refundable if cancelled for bookings over the following periods:
Christmas (16-27 December)
Gibbston Valley Concert Dates
NZ Winter School Holidays
Please note that, we are experiencing changes in our service offerings. We are no longer able to provide daily services. However, for reservations exceeding 2 nights, we will arrange for either a daily service or/and a mid-stay clean, depending on the duration of your stay. If you require a change of sheets and towels during your visit, please inform us at any time.
An end of stay cleaning is charged as an extra fee. This is added to all bookings including Online Travel Agent bookings.
The hotel requires fully paid reservations in advance, non refundable at any time, for the following peak periods:
Christmas & New Year (22 December - 3 January)
China's Lunar New Year
China's Golden Week
50% of the total price is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable for group bookings of three or more apartments.
Separate non-refundable conditions apply to limited seasonal Specials, Packages and Offers. Please see the Offer for full details, which will be confirmed in our booking confirmation letter.
In the unlikely event of a no-show, our cancellation policy requires the full amount of the confirmed booking to be credited to Villa del Lago.
Please note that the minimum age for reservations in a 3 Bedroom Villa is 23 years and this hotel has a strict No Party Policy.
